This past weekend, I was reintroduced to one of fall’s little joys: pumpkin carving. My friend invited me to a pumpkin carving event, and despite my lack of skills with a knife, I had a great time getting my hands dirty and carving away. It was relaxing to be with friends, doing something you don’t usually get to do, and exciting to be participating in one of autumn’s great seasonal activities (second to only apple picking and cider drinking).
