In any moment, we can say I’m sorry. In any moment, we can tell the truth. In any moment we stop to question ourselves, our patterns, our behaviors, and make new choices, or the same choices, with new confidence. In any moment, we can drop old stories and begin writing new ones.

As the new year approaches, it’s always a nice time to put our attention on what is ending and what wants to begin. It’s not the only time for fresh starts, but it’s a celebration and an invitation. It’s a reminder that we are lucky enough to have the amazing ability to start over and over and over again. As many times as it takes.
