Refocus and Stay Active in Changing Weather

Our sun-kissed summer memories are behind us now, but that doesn’t mean we forget all the hard work we did to achieve that bikini body! With this new change of weather comes other changes: your skin gets chapped, you might start to feel emotionally low. There’s  a name for this condition: seasonal affective disorder, or SAD. Based on the shortened day length, the change of the season affects your mood, energy, and motivation. Honor those feelings but don’t let them overcome you! Push that aside. Take advantage of the slight chill outside to fire up your own warmth from within. LET’S GET FIERCE THIS FALL!
